Set your foundation. You’ll learn how the course works, explore the full event lifecycle, and get introduced to ACCORD — the event readiness framework that anchors the entire program. You’ll also learn how to approach events as systems, not silos.

Define a Clear Strategy

Before the tools come the questions. This stage helps you clarify event purpose, define success, identify stakeholders, and understand your audiences — so you can make better decisions downstream and set your event up for success from the very beginning.

Collaborate for Clarity

Events are cross-functional by nature. Here, you’ll learn how to surface hidden requirements, navigate stakeholder conversations, and document the key inputs that will drive your agenda, platform, registration flow, and accessibility approach.

Set Up Your Stack

This is where it gets hands-on. You’ll compare and configure real platforms (using Accelevents), connect tools, run tests, and plan for onsite delivery. By the end, you’ll have your mock event environment fully built.

Deliver with Confidence

What happens when it’s showtime? In this stage, you’ll learn how to prep your team, define tech ops roles, plan for common issues, and create escalation paths that help your event run smoothly — even when the unexpected hits.
